·What is OGI(Optical Gas Imaging)/Infrared gas imaging technology?

Any object molecule above absolute zero will continuously vibrate, emitting infrared radiation. Infrared cameras capture the infrared radiation emitted by objects, using pixels of different colors to represent different intensities of radiation, in order to achieve imaging purposes.

▶ Medium wave spectral band, targeting VOCs cloud clusters;

The sensitive spectral band of mid wave infrared cameras is 3-5 μ m, which is the range of absorption spectra for the vast majority of VOCs. So when VOCs dissipate, we can use mid wave infrared to capture the flowing VOCs cloud.


▶ Professional independent processing software IR Flash Pro;

After shooting a video, the video can be parameterized in the software to obtain clearer images, and the video can be analyzed from multiple angles to minimize missed detections.


▶ High resolution, more comprehensive search for leaks;

The ICI Mirage camera features a 640 * 512 pixel cooled indium antimonide array, which has four times higher infrared resolution than the 320 * 256 handheld camera. Due to the fact that infrared imaging technology requires a target size of at least 4 pixels in the light screen to distinguish it from background radiation, the detection limit for leaks can be increased by more than ten times under the same conditions, and hundreds of ppm of leaks can be detected within a certain distance.


▶ Used in conjunction with drones for three-dimensional patrols;

The ICI OGI Inspector (Plus) lens set equipped on the DJI M600Pro drone includes Mirage HC OGI camera, Sony R10C Highres visual camera, and TDLAS laser camera, which can perform aerial inspections. The system uses DJI flight control and image data transmission modules, supporting remote communication functions for DJI products.
